We’re seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our network of Licensed Family Childcare Providers. We want to hear from you if you’re passionate about working with children!
Provider Training
We are committed to training and supporting our providers so that they can provide the best possible care for children.
Training Requirements
All providers must complete the following training:
- A recognized home child care based training program
- Eight hours of pre-service training that covers the agency’s policies and procedures and the requirements of the Ministry of Education’s Child Care and Early Years Act
- Standard First Aid Certification with infant and child CPR
Training Resources
We offer a variety of training resources to help providers meet their training requirements. These resources include:
- A list of recognized home child care based training programs
- A pre-service training course
- A First Aid Certification course
